Remembering Massaging Media 1

November 23rd, 2002: The first Massaging Media conference was a one-day forum of artists/practitioners (filmmakers, performers, dancers, musicians, designers, writers, and illustrators) as well as theorists in culture, education, architecture, and philosophy.

Massaging Media was a collaboration, a dialog, a discourse, a lecture, a performance, a multi-disciplinary experiment, a multi-sensory experience and, for all of us, “... a process of subliminally sniffing out environmental change.” (Marshall McLuhan)
