Darcey Merriam, as Strategic Research Manager, engages with current and potential customers to identify and define new opportunities for Adobe. Her research explores new target segments, novel business models, emerging markets, and product innovations. In her previous role as Senior User Research Manager for the Creative Solutions Business Unit, she led a research team focused on developing a deep understanding of our Creative Professional customers and their needs. This information fed directly into the evolution and innovation of Adobe’s creative products including the Web, Print, and Video Suites. The Designer of 2015 project was a wonderful confluence of her past and current role.
